The E-Learning platform is dedicated to oil industry companies willing to train their personnel in the most optimal way: cancel travel costs, minimize teaching costs and centralize the management of the training activity, while at the same time enhancing the results obtained in "traditional training".

The Learning Management System platform offers the possibility to centralize the management of the learning programs of the company, because it allows:

1. to offer knowledge — the course content required by the company is provided by DRILNET or a client
   and is hosted on the Learning Management System platform;
2. to have more flexible training sessions schedules — the training periods are defined by the company
   and the access to the training is managed by DRILNET according to client requirements;
3. to supervise students activity — each student is identified with his username and his password.
   Thanks to the secured access the client tutor (or DRILNET tutor if required) can observe and monitor
   the trainees' activity;
4. to test knowledge — adapted interactive quizzes giving the instant score and result are used to assess the required knowledge. These quizzes are developed by DRILNET experts and are based on the client targets;
5. to analyze the test results — the platform is provided with analytical tools as grader report that synthesizes results in tabs and graphs. The global analysis is produced by DRILNET experts according to
   client requirements.
