The International Well Control Forum is an oil industry Membership Organisation established in Europe in 1992. Its primary purpose is to develop and administer well control certification programs for personnel employed in oil well Drilling, Workover and Well Intervention operations.

The Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping website is presented, at no charge, as a source of information for mariners by a consortium of maritime trainers.		The ICRC, established in 1863, works worldwide to provide humanitarian help for people affected by conflict and armed violence and to promote the laws that protect victims of war.
